Any side effects?
Yes. Our experience with 80,000 users shows that, for the most part, side effects are avoidable with proper use. The formula is very effectively strong. You should avoid dairy and soda as they can cause bloated stomach or diarrhea. Overeating can cause bloated stomach. Not drinking 5 bottles of water a day can cause dehydration and headaches (and even further complications if you do not drink enough). No other known side effects.
Must read experience!
I bet you are just like me and have tried everything. Never understanding what “your problem” was and why you’re so “fat”. When I reviewed my Weight Analysis results, I was shocked.
I learned that soda makes me fat by 3.2 lbs, pizza or pasta adds 3 lbs, fried food 2 lbs and my late night eating adds 5 lbs for a total of 13 lbs each month!
Then, I learned that my emotional eating is “worth” 8 lbs a month.
Now, I realized how I became so overweight. The Gastric Bypass Alternative regimen and its supplements helped me overcome my weaknesses and achieve my ideal weight WITHOUT surgery.
Not only did the analysis results make me smarter about my bad habits but the Gastric Bypass Alternative and the Anti-Cravings have been extremely helpful tools.
Bottom line: weight analysis results + the regimen + the supplements are a life changer and, for me, it’s saved me from the terrible bariatric surgery.

What is BMI?
Body Mass Index (BMI) scores indicate if you are at a healthy weight and how much body fat you have. BMI calculator measures body fat based on your weight: height in males and females. To calculate BMI, divide your weight (in pounds) by your height (in inches) squared, and then multiply by a conversion factor of 703.
175 year old BMI calculations
Old BMI for current weight, excess weight and percentage weight loss
BMI = weight (kg) divided by (Height (cm) x Height (cm))
BMI = weight(kg) / Height(cm)2
BMI = (Weight (lbs.) * 703) / Height (inches)2
What is BMR?
Your Basal Metabolic Rate is the energy expended by your body to sustain normal functions, like your heartbeat, normal body temperature and respiration. The number of calories your body needs to maintain itself typically peaks around age 21 and falls by about 2 percent per decade, due mostly to a loss of muscle tissue, or “lean muscle mass,” as you age. The variables used to calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate are Gender, Age, Height and Weight.
As a practical matter your “Resting BMR” is not very useful unless you are in a hospital bed or spend the entire day sitting. Your “Active BMR” includes your Lifestyle and the more active you are the more calories your body will need to burn to meet your energy needs. The problem many people have is they consume more calories than their body requires to support their daily activity and those extra calories are stored as fat.
Calculating your Active BMR…is often overlooked in developing weight management strategies, but it has some very unique advantages. Since your current weight is one of the variables it helps you understand how many calories you are consuming to weigh what you weigh now. It is net calories that determine how much you weigh. Consuming fewer calories than your body requires to maintain your existing weight or burning more calories through increased activity will cause your body to use stored fat to meet your energy needs. Even if all you can achieve in the beginning is to maintain your existing weight, you are in control and that is the key to long term weight loss.
Knowing your BMR while planning weight reduction can help you create a more effective strategy for reaching your healthy weight, allowing you to better keep your calorie count on track and better understand the effect exercise will have on your weight.
What is healthy weight loss?
It’s natural for anyone trying to lose weight to want to lose it very quickly. But evidence shows that people who lose weight gradually and steadily (about 1 to 2 pounds per week) are more successful at keeping weight off. Healthy weight loss isn’t just about a “diet” or “program”. It’s about an ongoing lifestyle that includes long-term changes in daily eating and exercise habits. The basic calculator above can help you to some degree of what to expect, based on your commitment to exercise and cutting calories. BMI chart and BMI index will help you find ideal weight. Find, more in BMI chart for women and BMI chart for men.
To lose weight, you must use up more calories than you take in. Since one pound equals 3,500 calories, you need to reduce your caloric intake by 500 to 1,000 calories per day to lose about 1 to 2 pounds per week. Click to calculate
Once you’ve achieved a healthy weight, by relying on healthful eating and physical activity most days of the week (about 60—90 minutes, moderate intensity), you are more likely to be successful at keeping the weight off over the long term.
Losing weight is not easy and it takes commitment.
Even Modest Weight Loss Can Mean Big Benefits
The good news is that no matter what your weight loss goal is, even a modest weight loss, such as 5 to 10 percent of your total body weight, is likely to produce health benefits, such as improvements in blood pressure, blood cholesterol, and blood sugars.
For example, if you weigh 200 pounds, a 5 percent weight loss equals 10 pounds, bringing your weight down to 190 pounds. While this weight may still be in the “overweight” or “obese” range, this modest weight loss can decrease your risk factors for chronic diseases related to obesity.
So even if the overall goal seems large, see it as a journey rather than just a final destination. You’ll learn new eating and physical activity habits that will help you live a healthier lifestyle. These habits may help you maintain your weight loss over time.
In addition to improving your health, maintaining a weight loss is likely to improve your life in other ways. For example, a study of participants in the National Weight Control Registry* found that those who had maintained a significant weight loss reported improvements in not only their physical health, but also their energy levels, physical mobility, general mood, and self-confidence.
